Relocating from Queensland to Melbourne in 2024, Anthony was ready to start a new chapter in his life. With a background in primary school teaching and administration, Anthony wanted to help others. Initially, he explored a career in aged care but still felt drawn to education. Encouraged by his friends, Anthony completed his Cert IV in Training and Assessment and transitioned vocational education. This step reignited Anthony’s love of education, giving him a path forward in his career.

Anthony was honoured to have been a

2026 Educator of the Year finalist.
Anthony brings expertise and empathy to the VETDSS Allied Health Program. He believes student engagement and support are paramount, so he fills his classes with tactile activities and a patient, steady presence. Anthony creates a safe learning environment where every student feels capable and valued.
Behind the scenes, Anthony invests countless hours liaising between trainers and the placement team. He ensures every student has a placement aligned with their interests and strengths.
Anthony is a mentor within the Allied Health team, assisting new trainers with curriculum requirements and trouble-shooting challenges.
Anthony empowers the next generation of healthcare workers through patience, mentorship, and genuine care.
