Anthony believes every learner deserves to feel valued, respected and capable of success. His approach to inclusive education is shaped not only by his professional training and experience as a teacher, educational leader and VET educator, but also by his own lived experience and the diverse people and communities he has encountered throughout his career.
These experiences have taught him that learners bring different backgrounds, strengths, challenges, perspectives and ways of learning into every educational environment. Anthony therefore strives to create learning experiences that are accessible, supportive and relevant, while recognising the individual needs and potential of each learner.
For Anthony, inclusion is more than providing access to education — it is about creating a genuine sense of belonging, building confidence and ensuring every person has the opportunity to participate, contribute and succeed.
Anthony is particularly passionate about supporting people who experience disadvantage, disruption or barriers to education and employment. His approach is grounded in empathy, inclusion, empowerment and resilience, with a strong focus on creating learning environments where people can develop confidence, independence and a genuine desire for lifelong learning.
Anthony believes effective education is not simply about delivering content. It is about connecting with people, recognising their strengths, adapting to their needs and helping them discover what they are capable of achieving.
His teaching style combines a more practical, hands-on learning with encouragement, patience and genuine connection. He adapts his approach to suit different cohorts and learning styles, creating environments where students can participate actively, build confidence and experience meaningful success, often without the use of devices.

What distinguishes Anthony is his ability to combine education, leadership, industry knowledge and digital creativity.
As a multimedia specialist, he brings extensive experience in digital communication, content creation, social media, web development and emerging technologies. He is comfortable working across traditional and digital environments and understands how technology can be used not simply as a tool, but as a way of connecting people, communicating ideas and transforming learning experiences. Anthony also recognises and implements current research indicating a move away from devices in the classroom has its place too.
His digital expertise spans a broad range of contemporary social media platforms, web technologies and multimedia applications, allowing him to develop engaging digital content and communicate effectively with diverse audiences of all ages and industry stakeholders.
In an increasingly technology-driven world, Anthony is passionate about remaining at the forefront of emerging technologies and exploring how AI, multimedia, digital platforms and innovative learning technologies can enhance communication, creativity and education, whilst remaining grounded in historical pedagogy and practice.
