Anthony is a passionate and highly versatile educator, vocational trainer, educational leader and multimedia specialist who brings together education, technology, creativity and human connection to inspire people to learn, grow and achieve their potential.
A VIT Registered Teacher, Vocational Education Trainer, Rotarian and ABN holder, Anthony has built a diverse career spanning education, vocational training, educational leadership, aged and disability services, multimedia, digital technology, customer service, hospitality, call centres, administration and corporate training. His broad professional experience gives him a unique ability to understand education from both the strategic perspective of an organisation and the deeply personal perspective of the learner.

This includes wisdom in knowing when not to use technology in the classroom and return to more traditional pen and paper pedagogy.
A Career Built Around People, Purpose and Leadership:
Anthony's career has developed through a remarkable range of educational and industry leadership roles.
His experience includes serving as an Assistant Principal and Acting Principal of a large Queensland primary school, where he gained valuable experience in educational leadership, staff development, student wellbeing, administration, curriculum and the day-to-day strategic management of complex school environments.
His leadership experience extends into the vocational education sector, where he has also served as Training Manager for a large Registered Training Organisation. In this capacity, Anthony developed a strong understanding of the operational, compliance, training and people-management responsibilities involved in delivering quality vocational education at scale.
These leadership roles have provided Anthony with a comprehensive understanding of education across the entire spectrum — from the individual learner and classroom teacher through to school leadership, organisational management, vocational training and industry partnerships.
Previously, Anthony coordinated Chisholm TAFE's CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability) mandatory 120-hour placement requirements in collaboration with Chisholm's Placement Compliance Team. He also developed and maintained strategic partnerships with aged care and disability service providers across Melbourne's Greater South-Eastern suburbs, the Mornington Peninsula and Bass Coast districts.
His vocational education experience includes delivering VET in Schools Health Services Assistance (VETDSS) programs in Victoria, as well as CHC33021 Aged and Disability Care programs with Chisholm TAFE and other Registered Training Organisations across Queensland and the Northern Territory.
Anthony's career has encompassed TAFE, private RTOs, public and independent schools, school leadership, Registered Training Organisations, residential aged care, community care, hospitality, call centres, multimedia and corporate training environments.
This breadth of experience has developed his ability to adapt quickly, build meaningful relationships and understand the diverse circumstances that influence how people engage with learning, employment and personal development.
Education With Empathy at Its Heart:
Anthony holds a Bachelor of Education, Diploma of Teaching and multiple qualifications in Training and Assessment and Aged Care, supported by extensive practical experience across education, training, leadership, aged and disability services, multimedia, customer service, hospitality, call centres, administration and workplace training.
At the centre of Anthony's practice is a simple belief:
Every learner deserves to feel capable, respected and valued.
